  • Slicing – sliding along the section to add softness and movement

PERIMETERS AND BOBS

TSS68 ELITE

Razor-sharp, scalpel-precise.

TSS68 ELITE professional scissors, 6.8″ in Japanese steel with a sword blade and reinforced spine, are ideal for bobs, long perimeters and slide cutting on wide sections, with the smooth action of a ball bearing and Teflon Tech.

  • Semi-offset handle: more neutral wrist and lower elbow, with a grip that still feels natural.
  • Size: 6.8″
  • Blade: long sword blade, full convex
  • Uses: bobs and perimeters, slide cutting, slicing on wide sections

Why TSS68 ELITE

A long blade cuts a wide section with fewer closes – and every close you save is one less step in the line. The 6.8″ does in one stroke what short scissors need three or four for, while staying easy to handle.

  • Japanese steel: fine grain and a very fine, long-lasting edge.
  • Teflon Tech: less friction, smoother closing.
  • Ball bearing with micrometric adjustment: stable rotation, adjustable tension.

Who it is for

For professionals looking for high-end long scissors for perimeters, fades and sliding techniques, in both women’s and men’s cuts.

FAQ

What are 6.8-inch scissors used for?

For cutting long perimeters, large sections and fades with fewer cuts. They come close to the reach of a 7″ while staying lighter and easier to handle.

Why does my bob end up with steps?

Often because the scissors are too short for the section: it takes many closes and the line can shift each time. A long blade reduces this.

How do I adjust the scissor tension?

With the micrometric adjustment you only need to turn the screw a few clicks: open the scissors to 90° and let the free blade drop – it should close about two thirds of the way. The ball bearing keeps the setting stable over time.

More functions. Fewer compromises.
