About us
TOUCH is an Italian brand of professional hairdressing and barber scissors based in Sondrio. It was founded in 2012 by a group of hairdressers who wanted tools worthy of their work: Japanese steel scissors, chosen and recommended by people who use them every day in the salon.
Our story
In 2012 a group of hairdressers, tired of scissors that lost their edge too soon or tired the wrist, decided to design their own line. That is how TOUCH was born: scissors made by hairdressers for hairdressers, designed around the real movements of cutting, from point cutting to slide cutting, from scissor over comb to thinning.
What we do
We design and sell professional hair cutting scissors:
- Cutting scissors from 5.5 to 7 inches (approx. 14–18 cm), with sword blade or fine tip and straight or semi-offset handle.
- Thinning and texturizing shears with 30 teeth or double teeth, to remove weight, blend and texturize.
- Barber scissors for scissor over comb and fades.
We use Japanese steels of professional quality, with professional details such as ball bearings and Teflon inserts for a smoother closing.

A pair of scissors is a personal tool: it depends on your hand, your technique and your clientele. That is why we work as advisers, with a network of agents visiting salons and barber shops in Northern Italy, and online with our Find your scissors tool, which suggests the right model in five questions.
