FAQ
ELLE PRO Cut 5.5″ or 6″?
The 5.5″ (approx. 14 cm) is easier to handle for detailing, fringes and point cutting; the 6″ (approx. 15 cm) is more versatile and also covers perimeters and larger sections. If you have small hands or do a lot of precision work, choose the 5.5″.
Straight or offset handle?
A straight handle gives maximum control at the tip and is the classic choice for precision. An offset handle puts the wrist in a more neutral position and is preferred by those who cut for many hours with a low elbow.
How do I adjust the scissor tension?
With the micrometric adjustment you only need to turn the screw a few clicks: open the scissors to 90° and let the free blade drop – it should close about two thirds of the way. The ball bearing keeps the setting stable over time.
How long does delivery take and what warranty do I get?
Delivery across Europe takes 3–7 working days, with shipping costs shown at checkout; within Italy, 24/48 hours.
