Returns and refunds

30-day "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee (for all customers). If you are not convinced by the scissors, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, even if you have already tried or used them. Write to us at info@forbicitouch.com or on WhatsApp (+39 347 446 0000) with your order number. Then send the scissors back to Forbici TOUCH, Via Vanoni 90, 23100 Sondrio (SO), Italy, in the original packaging and with all accessories. Return shipping is at your expense.

The refund is made in money, using the same payment method as the order, within 14 days of our receiving the scissors. If the product arrives damaged beyond normal wear, or without packaging or accessories, we may withhold a proportionate amount from the refund. We will tell you before making the refund.

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers). If you buy as a private individual, you also have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Return costs are at your expense. We refund you within 14 days, including standard delivery costs.

Sharpening service. Once performed, the service cannot be returned.

Defective products. The legal guarantee of conformity applies to defects: 24 months for consumers; for business customers, the Italian Civil Code applies. Contact us and we will tell you how to proceed, at no cost to you.
