Shipping and returns
We ship across Europe with tracked delivery, usually within 3–7 working days; shipping costs are shown at checkout. To Switzerland, shipping is included in the price of the scissors and prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Within Italy, delivery takes 24/48 hours.
Shipping in Europe
- Delivery time: usually 3–7 working days with tracked courier.
- Costs: calculated at checkout according to the destination country, before payment.
- Tracking: when your order ships you receive an email with the tracking link.
Shipping to Switzerland
- Prices in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Shipping included in the price of the scissors, with tracked courier.
- Duties and Swiss VAT: paid by the customer on delivery, together with any customs clearance fees charged by the courier.
- Returns and sharpening from Switzerland: possible, with a €20 contribution towards return shipping.
Shipping in Italy
- Delivery time: orders placed by 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, ship the same day; delivery in 24/48 hours.
- Costs: €8, free over €180.

Sharpening and maintenance service
For sharpening (€69) and sharpening with full maintenance (€89), we arrange the shipping of your scissors both ways: after you order, we explain how to send them. From outside Italy, please contact us before ordering; from Switzerland there is a €20 shipping contribution.
Returns and satisfaction guarantee
