Shipping

Italy. We ship from Sondrio with a tracked courier. Orders received by 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, leave the same day and usually arrive within 24/48 hours. Shipping costs €8 and is free on orders over €180. Cash on delivery is available for an extra €6.

Europe. To other European countries, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Outside Italy. We ship worldwide and choose the courier according to the destination. Estimated costs and delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. For shipments outside the European Union, for example to Switzerland, duties, import VAT and any customs charges are paid by the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking. When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking link.

On delivery, check that the packaging is intact. If it is not, accept the parcel with reservation and notify us immediately at info@forbicitouch.com or on WhatsApp (+39 347 446 0000).

Sharpening service. We arrange insured shipping both ways. The work usually takes 7–10 working days from receipt of the scissors.
